Delete Account and Personal Data Deletion Policy
Welcome to VibhoHCM. We respect your privacy and provide all users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data in accordance with Google Play User Data policies.
Once an Employee Resigns from the Company, the HR/Admin Team may Deactivate or Delete the Employee Account and Associated Access Details as per Company Policy.
Account Deletion Request
Users may request deletion of their account and personal information at any time directly through the application or by contacting our support team.
How to Delete Your Account
Inside the Mobile Application
1. Open the VibhoHCM application.
2. Login to your account.
3. Navigate to: Profile > Settings > Delete Account
4. Tap on the "Delete Account" option.
5. Carefully review the account deletion information displayed.
6. Confirm the deletion request.
7. Your account deletion request will be submitted successfully.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days from the date of request verification.
Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
Once the deletion request is completed, the following information associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Full name and profile details
- Registered email address
- Registered mobile number
- Profile photo
- Uploaded images and documents
- App activity history
- Authentication and login records
Data That May Be Retained Temporarily
Certain information may be retained for a limited duration where required for:
- Legal and regulatory obligations
- Fraud detection and prevention
- Security investigations
- Enforcement of terms and policies
Retention Period
Any retained data will be securely stored and automatically deleted within 30 days from the date of account deletion request processing unless a longer retention period is legally required.
Effect of Account Deletion
After your account is deleted:
- You will lose access to your account permanently.
- You will not be able to recover your account.
- All associated services and features may become unavailable.
- Previously deleted data cannot be restored.
Third-Party Services
If your account is linked with third-party services such as Google Sign-In, payment gateways, or social login providers, you may also need to manage data directly through those third-party providers according to their privacy policies.
